采用熏蒸-提取法对田间条件下化肥配施不同有机物的土壤中微生物量的动态变化进行了测定分析．结果表明，化肥配施有机物后，土壤中做生物量将比单施化肥的明显增加．增加的幅度及其动态将因有机物的质量（生物降解难易性）不同而变化。
Fumigation - extraction method was used to measure and analyze the dynamic changes of microbial biomass in soils with different organic compounds under field conditions. The results showed that after the application of chemical fertilizer organic matter, the biomass in the soil would increase significantly compared with the application of chemical fertilizer alone. The magnitude of the increase and its dynamics will vary depending on the quality of the organics (ease of biodegradation).
