2011年8月9日以来,全国新闻战线开展了“走基层、转作风、改文风”活动。虽然参加新闻工作时间不长,我却对这三句话深有体会。2007年10月,我从北京师范大学博士毕业,到北京日报社参加工作,分到区县新闻部,并负责两个最远的口:延庆县和平谷区。很多人都觉得落差太大:你一个博士,让你跑农村,有点儿大材小用了吧!你是学传播学的,跟“三农”不搭界,这不是人才浪费吗?当时,我也有这方面的担心。
