水资源是人类生产和生活不可缺少的自然资源。针对博爱县水资源面临的实际问题,结合全县实际情况,在水资源规划、建设和管理等方面提出了具体对策。
Water resources are indispensable natural resources for human production and life. In view of the actual problems facing Bo’ai County water resources, combined with the actual situation in the county, specific measures are put forward in the aspects of water resources planning, construction and management.
