随着钛精铸技术的发展,钛精铸件向大、精、薄、强的方向发展。钛熔模铸件的“精”主要是要提高铸件的线性尺寸公差和铸件的形位公差精度。在批量生产中,铸件尺寸稳定性就显得也相当重要。本文通过实验两种不同性能的模料对钛精铸件尺寸准确度和稳定性的影响,提出了生产具有较高尺寸稳定性的钛精铸件时,应考虑模料性能的建议。
With the development of titanium casting technology, titanium casting to large, fine, thin, strong direction. In mass production, the dimensional stability of castings is also very important. In this paper, the effects of two different performance molds on the dimensional accuracy and stability of titanium casting were investigated. The suggestions of mold material properties should be considered when producing titanium casting with high dimensional stability.
