本文报告9例经CT证实的出血性脑梗塞,CT检查前诊断困难。结合文献复习对其发病时间、机理、诊断和治疗进行讨论,认为CT检查应作为诊断本病首选。早期治疗宜以中性及对症治疗为主,2～3周后治疗同一般缺血性脑梗塞。 This article reports 9 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction confirmed by CT, CT examination before diagnosis difficult. Combined with the literature review of its onset time, mechanism, diagnosis and treatment were discussed, CT examination should be considered as the first choice for the diagnosis of the disease. Early treatment should be neutral and symptomatic treatment, 2 to 3 weeks after treatment with the same general ischemic stroke.
