近年来,由于厌氧培养技术的进步,厌氧菌感染已受到临床各科的重视。人体某些部位如肠道、口腔、女性生殖系统的厌氧菌感染率尤高,有的甚至可达70~90%。许多厌氧菌尤其是临床上最常见的脆弱拟杆菌对常用的抗生素如氨基糖苷类、青霉素类以及某些头孢菌素的耐药率很高。为配合临床合理选择抗生素,提高疗效,我室采用微量稀释法技术,测定了15种半合成抗生素及2种其他抗菌药物对49株临床分离厌氧菌的体外抗菌活性。现总结如下,供临床参考。
In recent years, due to the progress of anaerobic culture technology, anaerobic infections have received the attention of all clinical departments. Some parts of the human body, such as intestinal, oral, female reproductive system anaerobic infection rate is particularly high, and some even up to 70 to 90%. Many anaerobic bacteria, especially the most common Bacteroides fragilis, have a high rate of resistance to commonly used antibiotics such as aminoglycosides, penicillins and certain cephalosporins. In order to cooperate with the clinical rational selection of antibiotics and improve the curative effect, we used microdilution technique to determine the in vitro antibacterial activity of 15 kinds of semi-synthetic antibiotics and 2 kinds of other antibacterials against 49 clinically isolated anaerobes. Are summarized below, for clinical reference.
