英布鲁水电站坝基为胶结性差的软弱砂岩,透水性强,地下水和岩体电阻率高,且处于高雷暴区,降雨量大,土坝筑坝材料含水率高,电站远离负荷中心,电站在电网中要承担基荷、峰荷和调频等多项任务。以上不利的地质、水文、气候、筑坝材料和负荷特性要求,使电站设计面临着众多的技术难题。在设计过程中,通过对种种不利因素的分析、研究,制订了完整的处理方案,较好地解决了由此引起的众多技术问题,使工程成功建设并安全运行。
