随着全球经济发展,我国的电力市场发展受到了空前的推进,但是伴随着发展而来的问题也层出不穷,面对这些问题,我们要想从根本上解决并提高电力营销服务的质量,就要精细化电力企业的营销服务管理。对于我国的电力企业现状来说,精细化管理是具有很大的科学性与适用性的,本文针对如今市场竞争、服务质量、团队素质和电价机制等方面的问题进行了简要分析,根据当前我国电力企业在电力营销方面的问题和现状,提出了一些改进策略,希望能为我国电力企业的发展贡献微薄之力。
