目的了解上海嘉定区外来民工子弟小学学生的生存质量状况。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取上海嘉定区5所外来民工子弟小学学生1 497名,采用《PedsQLTM儿科生活质量调查表4.0》进行评定。结果学生的生理领域得分为84.920±13.902,心理社会领域得分为82.243±13.101,总分为83.174±12.174。心理社会领域中,情感功能得分为79.335±17.580,社交功能为86.530±14.502,学校表现为80.865±16.028。结论嘉定区外来民工子弟小学学生的生存质量状况一般,心理社会领域得分较生理领域低。心理社会领域中,社交功能分数最高,情感功能分数最低。应多关注小学生的心理健康,促进其身心健康发展。
Objective To understand the quality of life of primary school students from migrant children in Jiading District of Shanghai. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1 497 primary school students from 5 migrant workers’ children in Jiading District of Shanghai. The assessment was conducted using “PedsQLTM Pediatric Quality of Life Questionnaire 4.0”. Results The students’ scores in the physical field were 84.920 ± 13.902, those in the psychosocial field were 82.243 ± 13.101, and the total scores were 83.174 ± 12.174. Psychological and social areas, emotional function score was 79.335 ± 17.580, social function was 86.530 ± 14.502, school performance was 80.865 ± 16.028. Conclusion The quality of life of primary school students from migrant workers in Jiading District is generally poor, and their scores in the field of psychology and society are lower than those in the physical field. In the psychosocial field, social function scores were the highest and emotional function scores were the lowest. Should pay more attention to the psychological health of primary school students to promote their physical and mental health development.
