价值取向是建立政府信息服务构架,提供政府信息服务产品的基本定位。根据当前地方政府信息服务价值扭曲的突出表现,寻找导致其价值扭曲的主要成因,进而确立正确的价值导向,对提升地方政府信息服务绩效有着极为积极的现实意义。
The value orientation is to establish the government information service framework and provide the basic orientation of government information service products.
