李盛铎和黄远生均为清末民初时期有重要影响的人物。黄远生留学归国后,与李盛铎曾有密切交往。本文以辛亥前后的报刊报道和黄、李二人往来书札为基础,辅以其他材料,梳理从黄留学归国到遇刺这段时间两人的交往情形,诸如交往的缘起、加入远东通讯社、共同参与宪政活动等情况,借窥在由清末到民国的过渡时期,作为“葭莩”、同乡和士人同道的黄、李二人之间互相借重,以因应时局变化的情形。 Both Li Sheng Duo and Huang Yuansheng are the most influential figures in the late Qing and early Republican China. After Huang Yuansheng returned from studying abroad, he had close contacts with Li Shengduo.
