文物管理工作十分重要,直接关系到文物的保护与利用效率,且众所周知,一旦文物管理不当,会遭到严重破坏,造成极大的损失,因此,做好基层文物管理工作十分重要。但是当前,基层文物管理现状不容乐观,存在较多不足,分析基层文物现状,找出管理不当的原因,提出有效的解决措施尤为重要,有助于提高基层文物管理质量。
Cultural relics management is very important and directly related to the conservation and utilization of cultural relics. As we all know, once the cultural relics are mismanaged, they will be seriously damaged and cause great losses. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in the management of grass-roots relics. However, at present, the status quo of grassroots cultural relics management is not optimistic and there are many deficiencies. It is very important to analyze the status quo of grassroots cultural relics and find out the reasons for their mismanagement. It is particularly important to put forward effective solutions to this problem, which helps to improve the quality of grassroots cultural relics management.
