为了研究抑爆材料对可燃气体爆炸火焰传播的影响,设计加工了横截面积为200 mm×200 mm的方形实验管道,且在其内进行了无抑爆材料和安装多层金属丝网条件下预混可燃气体爆炸火焰传播影响的实验,并通过高速摄影仪进行火焰传播的全程拍摄.结果表明,预混可燃气体爆炸火焰在管道内的传播速度和结构都不稳定,出现来回震荡的现象,而多层金属丝网对预混可燃气体爆炸火焰传播具有很大的影响,可以完全淬熄较弱的爆炸火焰.研究结果对煤矿瓦斯爆炸的防治具有重要的理论和实际价值.
In order to study the effect of explosive materials on flame propagation of combustible gas explosion, a square experimental pipe with a cross-sectional area of 200 mm × 200 mm was designed and fabricated, and without the use of suppression materials and multi-layer wire mesh The experiments were carried out on the flame propagating effect of premixed combustible gas explosions and the full flame propagation was recorded by a high-speed camera.The results showed that the propagating velocity and structure of premixed flammable combustible gas explosion flame were unstable and oscillating back and forth, However, the multi-layer metal mesh has a great influence on the flame spread of premixed combustible gas, which can completely quench the weak explosion flame.The research results have important theoretical and practical values for the prevention and control of gas explosion in coal mines.
