对我院1995年7月～12月底转运的164例危重新生儿进行临床分析.对新生儿转运的指征、时机以及转运中患儿的处理进行了讨论.我们认为在新生儿转运中应注意做好以下几点:①保持呼吸道通畅;②保暖;③氧疗;④建立静脉通道;⑤放置鼻胃管;③监护生命体征;③紧急情况处理.实践证明,新生儿转运在危重新生儿抢救中具有重要意义.
The clinical analysis of 164 critically ill newborns transplanted from July 1995 to the end of December 1995 in our hospital was discussed.The indications and timing of neonatal transfusion and the treatment of children during transport were discussed.We consider that in the neonatal transport should pay attention to Do the following: ① keep the airway open; ② warm; ③ oxygen therapy; ④ establish intravenous access; ⑤ nasogastric tube; ③ monitoring of vital signs; ③ emergency management.
