以TC4钛合金为研究对象,针对钛合金激光焊接接头开展了超塑性基础试验研究。对TC4钛合金激光焊搭接接头在温度870~900℃、初始应变速率0.001~0.01 s-1条件下的组织和变形规律进行了观察和测试;通过超塑成形/激光焊工艺模拟件成形试验,初步探索了超塑成形/激光焊组合工艺用于制备空心构件制造的工艺适应性,为超塑成形/激光焊组合工艺在航空航天领域的应用奠定了基础。
Taking TC4 titanium alloy as the research object, a superplasticity basic test was carried out for the titanium alloy laser welded joints. The microstructure and deformation regularity of TC4 titanium alloy laser welding lap joint under the conditions of temperature of 870 ~ 900 ℃ and initial strain rate of 0.001 ~ 0.01 s-1 were observed and tested. Through the forming test of superplastic forming / laser welding technology , Preliminary explored the superplastic forming / laser welding process for the preparation of hollow components manufacturing process adaptability, superplastic forming / laser welding combination process in the aerospace field laid the foundation.
