目的:观察加减不换金正气散联合西药治疗脾运失健型小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:将80例脾运失健型厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组常规给予双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,治疗组在此基础上予加减不换金正气散治疗,3周后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为75.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用加减不换金正气散汤联合西药益生菌及捏脊疗法治疗小儿脾运失健型厌食症疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of adding or not changing Jin Zheng Qi San combined with western medicine in treating spleen failure and anorexia in children. Methods: Eighty cases of dysfunctional spleen lost anorexia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases each. The control group was routinely given Lactobacillus bifidum triple live viable tablets treatment group on the basis of this plus or minus Jin Zheng Qi San treatment, 3 weeks after the treatment effect. Results: The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of anorexia with infantile splenic dysfunction is significant by adding or subtracting Jinzhengqi Powder combined with western medicine probiotics and chiropractic therapy.
