引黄济青工程是山东省最大的跨流域调水工程,全长253km,共有沉沙池1座,水库1座,泵站4座,倒虹36座,涵闸81座,桥梁247座。引黄济青工程在中途不设调节水库,实行等容量控制。在冬季调度运行中,要经常不断地对各个闸站上下游水位进行统计,并依此进行闸门开度的调节。浪费了大量的人力和物力,且时间滞后太长,缺乏一个整体的概念。闸站的自动化水平直接关系到引黄济青工程管理进一步提高,影响到冬季送水的远程科学调度。 经过1998~2001年全线的自动化安装成功,山东省引黄济青工程管理局建立了以济南为
