目的:评价三种儿童服用药片磨粉分包重量差异及合格率。方法:研磨3种药片并分包,每种药片粉末取30包精密称定,计算平均重量、重量差异、重量损失百分比、合格率。结果:药师磨粉分包中,每种药片粉末第1批与第3批、葡醛内酯第2批与第3批平均重量差异有统计学意义。学生组氨茶碱片每名学生磨粉分包粉末平均重量比较差异有统计学意义。药师、学生组重量差异RSD范围分别为13.1%~32.0%、28.7%~70.1%,重量损失百分比范围为-45.4%~17.5%、0.8%~55.5%。药师磨粉苯巴比妥、葡醛内酯分包3批合格率及学生组磨粉氨茶碱片分包合格率差异有统计学意义。结论:同一名药师磨粉分包3批、3名学生每人磨粉分包重量差异及合格率波动较大,磨粉方法亟待改善,以确保重量差异符合要求。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the difference in the weight of the three sub-doses of children’s pills and their pass rates. Methods: Three kinds of tablets were ground and subpackaged. Each tablet powder was weighed 30 packets accurately and the average weight, weight difference, weight loss percentage and pass rate were calculated. Results: In the pharmacist subcontracting, the difference between the first and third batches of each tablet powder and the average weights of the second and third batches of the glucurolactone was statistically significant. Students aminophylline tablets each student powder packing powder average weight difference was statistically significant. The RSD ranges of pharmacists and students were 13.1% -32.0% and 28.7% -70.1%, respectively. The weight loss percentage ranged from -45.4% to 17.5% and from 0.8% to 55.5%. Pharmacist grinding phenobarbital, glucurolactone sub-par three batches of qualified students and the group of powder aminophylline tablets sub-standard rate of difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The same pharmacist sub-package 3 batches of flour, 3 students each sub-weight differences in milling sub-package and the pass rate fluctuations, the urgent need to improve the milling method to ensure that weight differences meet the requirements.
