胜任素质的评价研究是近30年来管理学、工业与组织心理学、人力资源管理、教育学等学科领域研究的热点问题之一。目前,国内已有一些企业开始尝试使用素质模型这一技术含量较高的管理工具。本文从工作分析、招聘甄选、培训、绩效管理、战略人力资源规划等几个角度分析了如何构建以素质模型为核心和起点的人力资源管理体系,以期对企业人力资源管理实践有所借鉴。
Evaluation of competent qualifications is one of the hot issues in the field of management, industrial and organizational psychology, human resource management and pedagogy in the past 30 years. At present, some domestic enterprises have started to try the quality model, which is a high-tech management tool. This article analyzes how to construct a human resource management system with quality model as the core and starting point from the aspects of job analysis, recruitment selection, training, performance management and strategic human resources planning, with a view to learning from the human resources management practices in enterprises.
