目的建立一个可实时收集医学蚊媒及其疾病传播情况,并及时与各口岸交换流行性蚊媒疾病等的信息平台。方法以java开发和SQL Sever 2005数据库管理系统为技术支持,采用Hibernate数据访问层技术,建立口岸医学蚊媒信息服务系统。该系统采用典型的MVC(model-view-controller)架构,以接口和模块组件的思想实现系统功能。结果系统主要由标本管理、疾病管理、信息预警预报等五大模块构成,不仅可以为蚊虫鉴定、蚊媒疾病提供专业的查询信息,还可实时收集各口岸新的蚊媒相关信息,并将信息通过网络共享,同时具备数据统计和风险预警的功能,并可将预警信息以邮件、短信等多种方式通知用户。结论该系统界面实用性强,能为口岸卫生检疫工作提供专业的医学蚊媒信息服务平台,加强各口岸信息交流合作,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To establish an information platform that can collect medical mosquito vectors and their diseases in real time and exchange epidemic mosquito-borne diseases with ports in time. Methods With java development and SQL Sever 2005 database management system as the technical support, the Hibernate data access layer technology was used to establish port medical mosquito media information service system. The system uses a typical MVC (model-view-controller) architecture, with the interface and module components to achieve the system functions. Results The system is mainly composed of five modules: specimen management, disease management and information warning and forecast. It not only provides professional inquiry information for mosquito identification and mosquito-borne diseases, but also collects new mosquito-related information at each port in real time, Network sharing, at the same time with data statistics and risk warning function, and early warning information can be emailed, SMS and other means to inform users. Conclusion The practicality of this system interface can provide professional medical mosquito media information service platform for port health and quarantine work, and strengthen the information exchange and cooperation at all ports. It has broad application prospects.
