On October 4, 1993, the Archives Bureau of Shuangyashan City issued a circular to the archives bureaus of all counties, districts, municipal governments, commissions and companies in double and medium provinces and directly under the Central Government, and put forward the specific requirements for the subscription of the “Heilongjiang Archives” in 1994 Claim. The circular requires all units to raise awareness of archival professional journals, actively support subscription work, and strive for archives, a leader in charge of archival work and a staff member of the archivist, a “Heilongjiang Archives.” By reading “Archives of Heilongjiang”, broaden their horizons, increase knowledge, master archives work policies, laws and regulations
