俄罗斯总统叶利钦于去年底下令提高俄罗斯科学家的工资福利。从1994年1月1日起将为俄罗斯的主导科学家提供5000个名额、总共为每月7.5万卢布的国家津贴,同时给富有才能的青年科学家提供1000个名额、总共为每月5万卢布的国家津贴。从1993年11月起,俄罗斯科学院院士的年薪额提高到15万卢布,通讯院士的年薪额提高到7.5万卢布。科学博士和副博土(包括在高校部门工作的)从1994年起也将给予等于工资额的50％的补贴。
Russian President Yeltsin ordered the end of last year to raise the wages and benefits of Russian scientists. From January 1, 1994 onwards, 5,000 leading Russian scientists will be offered a total of 75,000 rubles of state allowance per month while providing 1000 places for talented young scientists for a total of 50,000 rubles per month State allowance.
