目的 :分析脱钙骨治疗良性骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的方法及疗效。方法 :对 93例良性肿瘤及瘤样病变患者病灶清除后遗留的骨缺损 ,以脱钙骨进行充填。结果 :脱钙骨植入后4周 ,骨缺损处已有新骨生成 ,8周以后成骨作用显著 ,密度逐渐均匀 ,1 0~ 1 2周密度接近正常骨组织。结论 :脱钙骨具有良好的生物相容性和诱导成骨作用。脱钙骨利于储存 ,使用方便 ,疗效可靠 ,是值得推荐的理想的植骨材料。
Objective: To analyze the method and effect of decalcified bone in the treatment of benign bone tumors and tumor-like lesions. Methods: Ninety-three benign tumors and tumor-like lesions of patients with lesions left after the removal of bone defects, decalcified bone filling. RESULTS: Four weeks after decalcified bone implantation, new bone was formed in the bone defect. After 8 weeks, osteogenic effect was remarkable and the density gradually became uniform. The densified bone density approached normal bone tissue at 10-12 weeks. Conclusion: Decalcified bone has good biocompatibility and induced osteogenesis. Decalcified bone conducive to storage, easy to use, reliable, it is recommended the ideal bone graft material.
