Tau蛋白是在神经系统发育中具有重要生理作用的人脑内含量最高的微管相关蛋白,其功能异常可引起多种神经系统退行性改变。本文就tau蛋白的结构和功能及与神经系统退行性疾病的关系进行了综述,并重点介绍了目前所建立的各种tau蛋白转基因动物模型。
Tau protein is the most abundant microtubule-associated protein in the human brain that plays an important physiological role in the development of the nervous system, and its dysfunction can cause a variety of degenerative changes in the nervous system. This review summarizes the relationship between the structure and function of tau protein and the degenerative diseases of the nervous system, and highlights the currently established animal models of tau protein transgenic animals.
