为了提升钻式采煤机的采煤效率,选取了以螺旋钻杆的内径、螺旋外径升角、螺旋内径升角及螺距为变量,并依据实际生产需要,选取以螺旋钻杆的能耗最低和最大输煤生产率为优化目标,并将多目标烟花算法(MOFWA)应用到螺旋钻杆参数优化过程中。实验结果表明,在保证采煤机各项参数要求的基础上,钻式采煤机的输煤生产率提高了30.83%,能耗则降低了4.89%。总体上提高了采煤机的采煤效率,可为钻式采煤机螺旋钻杆的参数设计提供依据。
In order to improve the coal mining efficiency of the coal winning machine, taking the inner diameter, the outer diameter of the screw, the inner diameter of the screw diameter and the pitch as the variables, and according to the actual production needs, select the energy consumption of the spiral drill pipe The minimum and maximum coal productivity is the optimization goal, and the multi-objective fireworks algorithm (MOFWA) is applied to the parameter optimization of spiral drill pipe. The experimental results show that on the basis of ensuring the requirements of various parameters of coal winning machine, the coal winning rate of coal winning machine increases by 30.83% and the energy consumption decreases by 4.89%.
