项目群管理概念起源于项目管理。基于广东大鹏LNG接收站改扩建项目群的具体实践及LNG接收站改扩建项目群设计管理的一系列特点,初步探讨在LNG接收站改扩建项目群的管理情境下的设计管理模式和对策。
Project management concept originated in the project management. Based on the concrete practice of the reconstruction and expansion project of Dapeng LNG terminal station in Guangdong and the design and management of the LNG terminal expansion project, the design management mode and countermeasures under the management situation of the LNG terminal reconstruction project are discussed.
