目的分析红花不同品种和不同花期黄色素含量。方法以羟基红花黄色素A作为标准品,利用微波提取法提取红花不同品种不同开花时期的黄色素,分光光度计法测量。结果红花黄色素最大紫外吸收波长为400nm,四个品种的红花均在盛花期黄色素含量最高,其中,以吉红一号盛花期含量最高,达到3.791mg/mL。结论实验结果为红花育种和代谢调控研究提供理论依据。
Objective To analyze the yellow pigment content of different varieties and different florescences of safflower. Methods The hydroxysafflor yellow A was used as standard. The yellow pigment of different flowers of different species of safflower was extracted by microwave extraction and measured by spectrophotometer. Results The maximum UV absorption wavelength of safflor yellow was 400 nm. The safflower of four cultivars had the highest content of yellow pigment in full flowering stage. Among them, the highest content of saffron yellow peak reached 3.791 mg / mL. Conclusion The results provide a theoretical basis for the research on safflower breeding and metabolism regulation.
