2010年10月28日全国人大常委会对村委会组织法的修订,使村委会组织法内容和结构都有很大的变化,在原法的基础上取得了全面而重大的进步,包括完善了村委会组织法的立法宗旨与村委会地位和职责等的规定,完善了村委会成员的选举和罢免程序,完善了民主议事和决策制度,完善了民主管理和民主监督制度。
