一 新四军在抗日战争中占有十分重要的地位。这种地位是由它的战斗力、战斗区域和所肩负的战略任务决定的。 从战斗力来看,当时中共领导的有4支主力部队,即八路军、新四军、东北抗日联军和华南抗日游击大队。在这4支抗日部队中,新四军是一支仅次于八路军的重要的抗日力量,它的存在和发展,对打败日本侵略者,夺取抗日战争的最后胜利,具有十分重要的意义。
The New Fourth Army occupied a very important position in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. This position is determined by its combat effectiveness, combat zone and the strategic tasks it is shouldering. From the point of view of combat effectiveness, there were four main forces led by the CPC at that time: the Eighth Route Army, the New Fourth Army, the Northeast Anti-Japanese Forces and the South China Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Brigade. Among the four anti-Japanese units, the New Fourth Army is an important anti-Japanese force second only to the Eighth Route Army. Its existence and development are of great significance to defeating the Japanese aggressors and for winning the final victory of the anti-Japanese war.
