目的探讨肺癌患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)的表达及其与血清角质素19可溶片段(Cy-fra21-1)和纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平的相关性。方法选取2015年4月至2016年5月间盐城市第二人民医院收治的80例肺癌患者,采用免疫磁珠技术联合密度梯度离心法检测患者外周血CTCs,并检测患者血清Cy-fra21-1和Fg水平。根据CTCs浓度的不同分为低浓度组(CTCs<5/7.5ml)41例与高浓度组(CTCs>5/7.5ml)39例,比较两组患者血清Cy-fra21-1和Fg的水平,并分析两者与临床病理特征及CTCs的关系。结果低浓度组患者血清Cy-fra21-1和Fg显著低于高浓度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低浓度组患者远处转移率为43.9%(18/41),显著低于高浓度组的79.5%(31/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌患者血清Cy-fra21-1和Fg水平与患者临床分期及有无远处转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别及病理类型无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Person相关性分析,肺癌患者外周血CTCs表达与血清Cy-fra21-1和Fg水平均呈显著正相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者外周血CTCs的表达与血清Cy-fra21-1和Fg水平均呈显著正相关,患者血清Cy-fra21-1和Fg与临床分期及有无远处转移有关,有助于辅助诊断肺癌。
Objective To investigate the expression of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in patients with lung cancer and its correlation with the serum levels of Cy-fra21-1 and fibrinogen (Fg). Methods Eighty patients with lung cancer who were treated in Yancheng Second People’s Hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. CTCs in peripheral blood were detected by immunomagnetic bead technique combined with density gradient centrifugation. Serum levels of Cy-fra21-1 And Fg level. According to the concentration of CTCs, 41 cases of low concentration (CTCs <5 / 7.5ml) and 39 cases of high concentration (CTCs> 5 / 7.5ml) were divided into two groups. The levels of serum Cy-fra21-1 and Fg were compared between the two groups. And analyze the relationship between them and clinicopathological features and CTCs. Results Serum levels of Cy-fra21-1 and Fg in patients in low concentration group were significantly lower than those in high concentration group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The distant metastasis rate of patients in low concentration group was 43.9% (18/41), which was significantly lower than that in high concentration group (79.5%, 31/39). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of serum Cy-fra21-1 and Fg in patients with lung cancer were significantly correlated with clinical stage and distant metastasis (P <0.05), but not with age, gender and pathological type P> 0.05). Correlation analysis by Person showed that the expression of CTCs in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer was positively correlated with the levels of serum Cy-fra21-1 and Fg (all P <0.05). Conclusions The expression of CTCs in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is positively correlated with the serum levels of Cy-fra21-1 and Fg. The serum levels of Cy-fra21-1 and Fg are correlated with clinical stage and distant metastasis, which may be helpful in the diagnosis of lung cancer .
