为了构建栽培脱毒杭菊的全部技术,对脱毒杭菊的农艺性状和药材品质进行研究。通过对脱毒杭菊试管苗移栽的条件进行选择;对脱毒与未脱毒杭菊进行农艺性状评估;对脱毒杭菊的主要化学成分的含量按药典规定测定,并评价其质量的三项研究,得到以下结果:春秋季是杭菊试管苗移栽的适宜季节,若适当调控栽培条件,试管苗可全年栽培;脱毒杭菊和未脱毒杭菊相比花大,朵多,产量高;脱毒杭菊的化学成份显著高于《中国药典》规定的指标。因此脱毒杭菊栽培技术可以大面积推广应用,以生产出高产量、高品质的杭菊花药材。
