利用杠杆反撬原理提出了一种同步辐射光专用反射镜的压弯机构。该机构结构简单 ,压弯行程大。采用有限元法建立这种压弯机构的分析模型 ,仿真了其压弯过程 ,比较了几组不同参数的压弯性能 ,得到了优化的设计参数 ,并制作了样机。样机试验数据表明提供的压弯机构原理是可行的 ,压弯机构仿真有限元模型是可信的 ,这种设计方法是可靠的。提供的实验方法可用于以后的压弯机构的设计
Using lever anti-pry principle proposed a synchrotron radiation dedicated mirror buckling mechanism. The mechanism is simple, bending large stroke. The finite element method was used to establish the analysis model of this bending and bending mechanism, the bending process was simulated, the bending and bending behaviors of several different parameters were compared, the optimized design parameters were obtained, and the prototype was made. The prototype test data shows that the principle of press-bending mechanism is feasible. The finite element model of press-bending mechanism is credible, and the design method is reliable. The experimental method provided can be used for the design of the press bending mechanism in the future
