当今的社会环境具有复杂多变的特征,社会中普遍存在着很多危机。高职院校在这种具有复杂多变性的社会环境之下,面临着各种各样的危机,这对高职院校的可持续发展和人才的培养是极为不利的。高职院校只有建立科学合理的危机管理预警机制,才能有效应对高职院校内潜在的各种各样的危机,确保高职院校能够正常运作。本文简要阐述了高职院校危机事件的类型,分析了高职院校危机的性质,总结出高职院校危机管理预警机制的构建。
Today’s social environment is complex and changeable, and many crises are common in society. Under the complicated and changeable social environment, higher vocational colleges are faced with various crises, which are extremely unfavorable to the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of qualified personnel. Only by establishing a scientific and reasonable early warning mechanism for crisis management in higher vocational colleges can we effectively cope with the various potential crises in higher vocational colleges and ensure the normal operation of higher vocational colleges. This article briefly describes the types of crisis in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the nature of the crisis in higher vocational colleges, summarizes the crisis management early warning mechanism in higher vocational colleges.
