伴随着我国经济的飞速发展,假冒伪劣现象以各种形式贯通商品生产和流通的各个环节,而且越来越猖獗,逐步成为阻碍我国经济发展的一颗毒瘤。但是本文认为,假冒伪劣并不是与市场经济相伴而生的,当然也不是的它的衍生物。市场经济作为一种有效促进社会经济发展的经济体制同时,也不能忽略它自身也有的弱点和消极方面。必须加强和改善国家对经济的宏观调控。因此,我们必须刻不容缓的进一步完善我国的法律对于假冒伪劣的规制。 Accompanying the rapid economic development in our country, counterfeiting and substandard phenomena have penetrated all aspects of the production and circulation of commodities in various forms and become more and more rampant. They have gradually become a malignant tumor that hinders the economic development of our country. But this article argues that fake and shoddy is not accompanied by the market economy, of course, not its derivatives. As an economic system that effectively promotes social and economic development, the market economy can not neglect its own weaknesses and negative aspects. We must strengthen and improve the state’s macro-control of the economy. Therefore, we must urgently further improve the regulation of our country’s laws on fake and shoddy goods.
