卜和克什克是蒙古族近现代具有进步民族民主思想知识分子的代表人物之一,也是蒙古族著名学者、出版家和翻译家。卜和克什克学识渊博、视野宽阔、文笔犀利,对蒙古历史文化、文学艺术等各个领域均有深入研究并有独到的见解。他通晓蒙、汉、满、英、俄五种文字,是一个既受过旧式教育,又系统学习过现代科学文化的知识分子。他不仅有忧国忧民的情怀,而且脚踏实地,身体力行,在四十一年的短暂人生中为蒙古族文化的发展做出了重要贡献。本文根据有关蒙汉文资料介绍了其生平及主要学术成就,着重论述了其翻译方面的建树与贡献。
Bu He Keshike is one of the representatives of Mongolian modern intellectuals with progressive national democracy thought, and is also a famous Mongolian scholar, publisher and translator. Bu Keshike profound knowledge, broad vision, writing sharp, on the Mongolian history and culture, literature and art and other fields have in-depth study and have unique insights. He is proficient in the five languages of Mongolia, Han, Manchu, Britain and Russia. He is an intellectual who has received both old-style education and systematic study of modern science and culture. He not only has the feelings of concern for the country but also the people, but also down-to-earth, personally, in the short life of 41 years made an important contribution to the Mongolian cultural development. This article introduces its life and major academic achievements based on Mongolian and Chinese language materials, focusing on its contribution to the translation.
