近几年来,音像出版业受市场竞争和盗版产品的冲击,面临严峻考验。在这种情况下,笔者认为关键是要更新思想,树立音像出版的市场意识,抓住音像制品的出版周期、出版成本、出版质量的实质问题,从体现市场意识最基础的三个方面做起。 1.强化服务意识,缩短出版周期。音像制品时效性非常强,如果出版周期过长,原本是市场需要的产品,就会减少销售,严重的还会成为仓库中的“死货”。所以,产品出版的速度快与慢,直接影响到出版社的社会效益与经济效益。缩短出版周期,要从抓好以下工作入手。
In recent years, the audio-video publishing industry is under the severe test of being hit by market competition and pirated products. Under such circumstances, the author believes that the key is to update our thinking and establish the market awareness of audiovisual publishing. We should grasp the substantive problems of publishing period, publishing cost and publishing quality of audiovisual products, starting from the three aspects that reflect the most basic of market awareness . 1. Strengthen service awareness, shorten the publication cycle. Timeliness of audiovisual products is very strong, if the publication cycle is too long, the original market needs of the product, it will reduce sales, serious will become the warehouse “dead goods.” Therefore, the product publication speed and slow, a direct impact on the social and economic benefits of publishing houses. Shorten the publishing cycle, we should do a good job starting from the following work.
