为研究大肠癌组织中端粒酶活性的表达情况 ,探讨其在大肠癌预防、诊断、治疗方面的临床价值。采用端粒重复扩增法 (TRAP)检测 4 0例大肠癌组织及其中 10例癌旁正常黏膜组织的端粒酶活性。发现 :4 0例大肠癌组织中 ,34例端粒酶活性阳性表达 ,阳性率为 85% ,10例癌旁正常黏膜组织端粒酶活性表达均为阴性。 2组阳性率比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。端粒酶活性与大肠癌部位、细胞分化程度、Dukes分期及是否伴有淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 .0 5)。提示 :端粒酶普遍存在于大肠癌组织中 ,可作为大肠癌的基因标志物。检测大肠病变组织端粒酶活性有可能对大肠癌的早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗有一定作用
In order to study the expression of telomerase activity in colorectal cancer and to explore its clinical value in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. Telomerase activity was detected by telomeric repeat amplification assay (TRAP) in 40 colorectal cancer tissues and 10 normal mucosa tissues adjacent to them. Found: 40 cases of colorectal cancer, 34 cases of telomerase activity was positive, the positive rate was 85%, 10 cases of adjacent normal mucosa telomerase activity were negative. The positive rate of the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05). Telomerase activity and colorectal cancer site, cell differentiation, Dukes stage and whether lymph node metastasis associated (P> 0.05). Tip: Telomerase common in colorectal cancer tissue, can be used as a genetic marker of colorectal cancer. Detection of telomerase activity in colorectal lesions may have some effect on the early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of colorectal cancer
