本文根据高校特点 ,在对本校基层党支部调查研究的基础上 ,就如何按照“三个代表”的要求加强高校基层党支部建设问题 ,从以下三个方面进行了论述 :把根本点放在抓先进性上 ;把立足点放在不断探索和注重工作实效上 ;组织部要把工作着力点放在履行职责、切实解决实践问题上。 Based on the characteristics of colleges and universities and on the basis of investigation and study of grassroots Party branches in our university, this paper discusses how to strengthen the building of grassroots party branches in colleges and universities in accordance with the requirements of the “Three Represents.” The following three aspects are discussed: Advancement; put the foothold in the continuous exploration and focus on the effectiveness of the work; Organization Department should focus on the work to fulfill their duties and practical solutions to practical problems.
