作为环形天线实现锁紧和释放功能的关键部件,抱环组件的展开特性是评价天线展开过程的一个重要指标。针对环形天线抱环组件的设计要求,进行了抱环组件展开过程的数值仿真。仿真结果显示:通过展开铰链中驱动弹簧和缓冲弹簧的优化匹配,可以实现抱环组件初期迅速展开,末期缓慢锁定的功能要求。
As a key component of the loop antenna for locking and releasing, the deployment feature of the ring assembly is an important indicator for evaluating the antenna deployment process. According to the design requirements of the loop antenna assembly, the numerical simulation of the process of assembly of the loop assembly is carried out. The simulation results show that the initial rapid deployment of the ring-holding assembly and the slow locking of the final stage can be realized by optimizing the matching between the driving spring and the buffer spring in the hinge.
