我国正处于经济转型期,汽车产业自然要遵循该时期的发展战略,即从依靠外资向自主研发转型。在分析我国汽车产业自主研发现状的基础上,将FDI对我国汽车产业自主研发的影响分为获得技术基础阶段和对自主研发产生替代阶段,对内资企业和合资企业的自主研发进行了对比分析,最后得出FDI带来的技术对我国汽车产业自主研发既有积极的促进作用,又有替代作用的结论。
China is in the process of economic transition. The automobile industry naturally follows the development strategy of that period, that is, from relying on foreign capital to transform itself into an independent research and development. Based on the analysis of the status quo of independent R & D of China’s automobile industry, the impact of FDI on the independent R & D of China’s automobile industry is divided into the phase of acquiring technology and the stage of substitution for independent R & D. The comparative analysis of the independent R & D of domestic-funded enterprises and joint- At last, it concludes that the technology brought by FDI has both positive and indirect effects on the independent research and development of China’s auto industry.
