目的:探讨新型管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年5月至2016年4月璧山区中医院收治的患者100例,随机分成两组,每组50例,观察组在护理中采用新型护理管理模式,对照组采用常规护理管理模式,观察两组患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理满意度是98.0%,而对照组是82.0%,两组的护理满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用新型护理管理模式,可以调动护理人员积极性,在一定程度上有效提升护理满意度,护理效果明显。
Objective: To explore the application of new management model in nursing management. Methods: A total of 100 patients admitted to Bishan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 50 in each group). The observation group adopted a new nursing management mode in the nursing and the control group used the conventional nursing management mode , Observed two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.0%, while the control group was 82.0%. The difference of nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The new nursing management model can mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff, to a certain extent, effectively improve nursing satisfaction, nursing effect is obvious.
