Fe-Cr-B合金以高硬度的M2B共晶硼化物为耐磨骨架的新型铁基耐磨材料,从其化学成分、铸态组织、堆焊组织以及热喷涂组织等方面综述了其近年来的研究成果,并介绍了合金元素和热处理状态对Fe-Cr-B合金铸态组织的影响。在阐述Fe-Cr-B合金的研究与应用现状的基础上,对其发展趋势作了展望,为今后Fe-Cr-B合金在工业生产中的应用奠定基础。
Fe-Cr-B alloy is a new type of iron-based wear-resistant material with high hardness M2B eutectic borides as wear-resisting skeleton. In recent years, its chemical composition, as-cast structure, surfacing structure and thermal spraying microstructure have been reviewed. The results of the research and the effect of alloying elements and heat treatment on the as-cast microstructure of Fe-Cr-B alloy were also introduced. Based on the research and application status of Fe-Cr-B alloy, the development trend of Fe-Cr-B alloy is prospected, laying a foundation for the future application of Fe-Cr-B alloy in industrial production.
