本文介绍了笔者作为一名高职班主任工作的几点心得与体会。笔者认为做到以下几个方面,高职班主任工作将会事半功倍,收到良好的效果。主要包括以下几个方面:注重新生入学教育;注重班委的选拔与培养;重视学生的自我管理与教育;注重教育与管理相结合;处理好严与爱的关系;注重自身修养,树立良好榜样。
This article describes the author as a vocational class teacher work experience and experience.
