城市市政工程项目类型较多,包括桥梁工程、交通工程等,这些工程的开展都需要得到大量资金的支持,如果没有开展有效工程造价管理将会引起大量资金的浪费。文章在分析市政工程施工特点基础上,以施工阶段和竣工结算阶段为例分析影响造价管理和控制因素,进而提出造价管理要点和控制措施,希望对市政工程建设提供参考。
There are many types of urban municipal projects, including bridge engineering and traffic engineering. All these projects require substantial financial support. Without effective project cost management, large amounts of capital will be wasted. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of municipal engineering construction, this paper analyzes the impact of cost management and control factors by taking the construction phase and completion settlement phase as an example, and then puts forward the cost management points and control measures, hoping to provide a reference for municipal engineering construction.
