通过不同盐碱处理下耐盐碱品种长白9号转录组测序分析,初步研究了该品种盐碱胁迫下的差异表达基因和基因表达模式,并对盐碱处理下上调表达的基因进行功能注释。结果表明长白9号在盐碱胁迫下,一些渗透调节蛋白和酶类均表现出上调趋势,这些基因可能参与了长白9号的耐盐碱过程。
The salt-tolerant alkali-tolerant Changbai 9 transcriptome was sequenced and analyzed under different saline-alkali treatments. The differential expression genes and gene expression patterns under salt-alkali stress were studied preliminarily. Functional annotation was performed on the up-regulated genes under salinity-alkalinity treatment. The results showed that under osmotic stress, some osmoregulation proteins and enzymes showed an up-regulation in Changbai 9, which may be involved in the salt-tolerance process of Changbai 9.
