低温多效海水淡化(MED)是目前国内主要采用的一种热法海水淡化方法,但由于MED装置的零部件种类、数量多,且大部分为非标准件,因此装置的设计和加工的工作量大。文中通过分析MED装置零部件的结构特征,应用成组技术对其进行结构优化,使相似性零件的结构、尺寸等特征参数具有统一性,从而提高了装置的加工效率,进一步减少了装置的制造成本。
The low temperature and multi-effect seawater desalination (MED) is a kind of thermal desalination method mainly used in China at present. However, due to the variety of parts and components of MED and the non-standard parts of most of them, the design and processing of the device large. In this paper, by analyzing the structural characteristics of the MED device components, the application of group technology to optimize the structure, so that similar parts structure, size and other characteristics of a unified parameter, thereby increasing the device processing efficiency and further reduce the device manufacturing cost.
