目的探讨超声显像检测胎儿外耳发育的临床意义。方法孕17~41周孕妇790名行B超检查,测量胎儿外耳长径、双顶径,直线回归分析外耳长径与双顶径的关系。结果超声可清晰显示胎儿外耳大小、形态及位置;胎儿外耳长径随孕周增长而增长,与双顶径呈直线相关,回归方程为y=-0.172+0.395x,相关系数r=0.998。结论超声显像可检测胎儿外耳发育状况,有助于胎儿外耳畸形的产前诊断。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of ultrasound imaging in the detection of fetal outer ear development. Methods A total of 790 pregnant women aged 17-41 weeks underwent ultrasound examination of B-ultrasonography. The relationship between long-diameter of the external ear and biparietal diameter was analyzed by linear regression analysis. Results Ultrasound can clearly show the size, shape and location of the external ear. The external diameter of the external ear grew with the growth of gestational age and was linearly correlated with biparietal diameter. The regression equation was y = -0.172 + 0.395x with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. Conclusion Ultrasound imaging can detect the development of the fetal outer ear and contribute to the prenatal diagnosis of fetal outer ear deformity.
