目的:比较分析不同地区的凹叶厚朴挥发油成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)提取凹叶厚朴挥发油,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析其成分,面积归一化法确定各挥发油成分的相对百分含量。结果:从3个不同地区的凹叶厚朴中共鉴定出47种化合物,共有成分为6种。结论:不同地区凹叶厚朴的挥发油在成分及含量上存在一定的差异。 Objective: To comparatively analyze the volatile oil components of Magnolia officinalis from different areas. Methods: The essential oil of Magnoliavieu from the leaves was extracted by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and the components were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: Forty-seven compounds were identified from 6 different species in 3 different regions of China. Conclusion: There are some differences in composition and content of volatile oil in Magnolia officinalis from different areas.
