利用SEM、EPMA等手段观察和分析6063铝型材表面腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物成分。结果表明,这种形似雪花状腐蚀缺陷是由密集的点蚀坑构成,是因阳极相粒子Mg_2Si大量偏析所致.其实质是点腐蚀。模拟试验结果还表明, 中和后水洗水中的Cl~-离子浓度、pH值是决定该腐蚀是否出现的关键因素。最后,文中对6063铝型材表面点腐蚀的生成机理进行了探讨。
The surface morphology and corrosion products of 6063 aluminum profile were observed and analyzed by means of SEM and EPMA. The results show that this kind of snow-like corrosion defect is composed of dense pits, which is caused by the massive segregation of anode phase Mg 2 Si, and its essence is pitting corrosion. The simulation results also show that the Cl ~ - ion concentration and pH in the neutralized water are the key factors to determine whether the corrosion occurs. Finally, the mechanism of pitting corrosion on 6063 aluminum profile is discussed.
