中国铝业公司（英文全称Aluminum Corporationof China,简称（HINALCO）,是在原中央所属部分铝企事业单位基础上组建的国有企业,是国家授权投资的机构,按国家控股公司方式运行,由中央管理。 公司现有成员单位包括:原中央所属的8个铝业企业,即:山东铝业公司、中国长城铝业公司、贵州铝厂、山西铝厂、平果铝业公司、中国长城铝业中州铝厂、青海铝业有限责任公司、山西碳素厂;施工企业2个,即:中国有色金属工业第六冶金建设公司、中国有色金属工业第十二冶金建设公司;科研、设计单位2个,即:郑州轻金属研究院、洛阳有色金属加工设计研究院。
Aluminum Corporation of China (abbreviated as Aluminum Corporation of China, abbreviation (HINALCO)) is a state-owned enterprise established on the basis of some former aluminum enterprises and institutions owned by the Central Government. It is a state authorized investment institution operated by the state-controlled company and managed by the Central Government. The company’s existing members include: the former Central-owned eight aluminum enterprises, namely: Shandong Aluminum Company, China Great Wall Aluminum Company, Guizhou Aluminum Plant, Shanxi Aluminum Plant, Pingguo Aluminum Company, China Great Wall Aluminum Zhongzhou Aluminum Ltd., Qinghai Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Carbon Factory. There are two construction enterprises, namely, the 6th Metallurgical Construction Company of China Nonferrous Metals Industry, the 12th Metallurgical Construction Company of China Nonferrous Metal Industry, 2 scientific research and design units : Zhengzhou Light Metal Research Institute, Luoyang Nonferrous Metal Processing Design and Research Institute.
